Toll-Free Number
Hello,
I would like one toll-free number (has to work from everyone in Canada) and a local Toronto number 416 or 647.
Thanks
Justin

Hi Justin,
Thanks for the inquiry. I'm checking on both and should have more over the
weekend. Our process for Canadian phone numbers, is still a bit more manual
than our US process, which is fully automated. More shortly.
Cheers,
Troy

I'd like to know about this too. Please update.

Hi Justin and Roman,
We can get both of these. The Toronto local numbers are available in area code 647. They're activated immediately and charged at the same $3/month and 3 cent per minute rates as US numbers.
Justin, would you like us to activate one at that rate and attach it to your account?
We can also get toll-free numbers for Canadian use, both vanity numbers and random. A toll-free number is $25 one-time and $5/month. Inbound calls to them are 1 cent per minute extra (that is, 3+1 or 4 cents per minute total). These can take 3-7 business days to activate, especially for vanity numbers.
If that works for you, Justin, please let me know. Also, if you have a preference about vanity letters/digits present in the number, I'd welcome it.
Thanks,
Troy

Can I transfer an existing toll free number?

Hi Roman and Justin,
Thanks again for the good questions. I wanted to let you know that we rolled some of your questions about Canadian numbers, toll-free numbers, and porting existing numbers into this phone number support doc:
http://help.cloudvox.com/faqs/provisioning/phone-numbers
Also, Roman, I answered your toll-free question as part of a separate private ticket.
Thanks,
Troy
